Currently there is no way to easily sync manually created playlists, that are not managed by PMM, between different users.

Ideally there would be the possibility to

1: sync all playlists from the admin to specific or all users

2: sync a list of specific playlists from the admin to specific or all users

3: sync all playlists from a specific non-admin user to specific or all users, including the admin

4: sync specific playlists from a specific non-admin user to specific or all users, including the admin

5: sync all playlists between all users
