With how Plex handles "multiple versions," it would be great if PMM could set an overlay based on number of files attached to a Plex listing (movie or TV show episode).

As an example, the bottom-left icon in the attached image could represent when more than one file is found to be associated with the Plex listing. That way the user knows visually from the poster that multiple versions exist - in case they want to manually select their preferred one.
