Using the default templates is very convenient and a great way to get started. However, especially when combined with arr, using these templates can get very noisy as it adds content that is not in the native language for the user. Adding support to the templates for these lists to filter anything that doesn't match a language preference would be greatly appreciated.

For example, when using IMDB Popular for TV or Movies, I would like to only add content results that are in English, and not Hindi, Spanish, Japanese, French, etc.
